The mission of Buenanueva Foundation, Inc. is to help young people in need develop into respected, self-dependent and productive members of our communities by supporting and implementing teen pregnancy prevention with mentoring, educational assistance and child care programs.

Buenanueva has served the mentoring, educational and parenting needs of teens at risk in the Los Angeles area for over thirty years. Ongoing changes in the economic and philanthropic climate require that the organization, in conjunction with its partners, supporters and beneficiaries, now study alternatives within its reach to assure the best and most productive future use of its funds. It is estimated that conclusions from such study and updated directions will be available by July 2011. It is also believed prudent that our customary programs and operations be put on hold in order to concentrate on the development of appropriate new directions for the organization and its beneficiaries.
